By combining the proven cognitive framework of Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) with deep nervous system regulation, we give you the practical tools and expert guidance break the cycle of neuroplastic pain and teach your brain that your body is safe.

My Role
in Your Recovery

Blending my background as a clinical nurse with my advanced training in restorative and somatic yoga, my focus during our time together is on the physical and energetic experience. Because I know what it feels like to be stuck in that pain cycle, I am here to help you bridge the gap between understanding your pain intellectually and actually feeling safe in your physical body again.

To actively down-regulate your nervous system, I will guide you through targeted somatic practices, including:
  • Yoga Nidra:
    The centerpiece of our somatic work. This practice of "yogic sleep" facilitates deep, conscious relaxation, allowing your nervous system to step out of "fight or flight" and into profound neurological rest.

  • Intentional Breathwork:
    Practical, accessible breathing techniques designed to signal immediate safety to your brain and give you a tool to self-soothe in moments of heightened physical or emotional stress.

  • Safe Functional Movement:
    Gentle movement designed to help you rebuild trust in your physical body without triggering the brain's danger alarm.

Set on the pristine, secluded shores of Mahahual, Mexico, we provide a sanctuary where you can disconnect from the noise of daily life to reconnect with your body. Everything here is designed to remove stress so you can focus entirely on the mind-body connection.

Healing in Community

Living with chronic pain can be an incredibly isolating and lonely experience.
To ensure a deeply safe and personalized environment, our retreats are intentionally kept to an intimate group of just 8 participants.
This small-group setting allows for individualized attention from your hosts while fostering a profound sense of shared understanding.
You will find that the validation, support, and shared experiences of the group are powerful tools in reminding your brain that you are safe and not alone.
